switch it on and rent a powerbank.
To return the powerbank, simply insert it into the free slot of any KEEP IN TOUCH
station. The rental will end automatically. The list of stations and their locations can
be found in the KEEP IN TOUCH app.
If you have inserted the powerbank into a free slot of the station and the rental has
not completed within two minutes, check if there is a problem with the internet
connection.
If the problem persists, check if the blue light on the station is blinking. If not, inform
any member of staff at the location where the station is installed: it may simply be
switched off.

In case of failure to return the powerbank within 30 days, a full refund of 300 AED is required.
